I thought it would offer more guidance and opportunities to import data, but I had to type in most of my forms, including several with many transactions so I could claim losses. I might look at the competition next year.

I had no issues with downloading and installing the software. Very easy to use and I like the step-by-step questions with the more information buttons.

I have been with you a few years now and there is one thing that really bothers me. Each year I receive a small oil and gas royalty. This year it was smaller than the cost of upgrading to the premier program. Perhaps you can include a Schedule E form for simple royalties like mine in your deluxe version.

I reached out to chat support and they were no help at all. I also had an issue putting in mileage for a door dash. When I would go thru to review it would readd the vehicle. It wasn’t until I notice the form had 4 vehicles listed instead of 2 that I figured out the issue
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
