Didn't carry over last years AGI for electronic filing.. After correctly entering data, had to renter that data the following day for e file. Little piddly software failures.

In 2024, we sold two homes which were alternating as our primary residence. Using the proceeds from them, plus a significant withdrawal from retirement funds, we bought a new permanent residence. I thought the preparation of our tax returns would be complicated for me to do, but H&R Premium software made it smooth sailing. I did not need to know the complexities of the tax laws to prepare and file my returns. As I have done for many years, I will use it again next year.

Disappointed at the critical issues. Haven’t been able to complete the tax return due to the technical issues. The IRS even doesn’t recognize the rejection on their end, which indicates that my tax return hasn’t been transmitted properly.
