Normally, I have given a 5. This time I found a bug that caused me several hours of rework. I had 3 sources of income last year. I had only 2 this year. When I deleted the first on the list, the software failed to delete the 1st source schedule C associated with it. So when I inputted the income for the 2nd source of income it was put into the old schedule c. I tried to remove the incorrect data but it wound up deleting my work.

Have been using H&R Block Prem for maybe 10 years now. Always happy with it. Only think I would like to see is import of W-2's in pdf format. Software already can import 1098 docs, just need to get the rest imported.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

Federal rejects software because of user Pin

My taxes are finished. I have used your software for years. My Federal continues to be Rejected. Rejection is due to a the signature PIn that I select is not being accepted. This is the second year we file married but separately. My wife only has a Pin from IRS because of years ago we had tax filing fraud. We haven't done my wife's taxes yet. Tax software states update waiting but I am not using the child tax credit section that is waiting for update. I even added my wife's IRS supplies pin to my return in Miscellaneous section to see if software needed her pin. I still get rejected.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
