Great program. My only suggestion is to show an image of the state program BEFORE you download it. Once you install a state program, it shows an image of the states shape. It would be nice if it showed that same image when you are selecting which state program to download. That would help with preventing one from selecting the wrong state.

The navigation around in the product has always been clunky. Additionally the printouts are ugly and look like old mainframe reports. Finally I had to pay to file state taxes even though I work at block.

This software is absolutely HORRIBLE! Issue after issue getting updates and installed. Your help desk is without a doubt the worst helpdesk I have ever dealt with in my 38 years in the IT industry. That is a fact.
