I decided to try H & R Block software this year instead of T T. It took a little time to go through it and make sure everything was correct. Had been so used to other software, it did take some time. Overall i was pleased with the H & R Block software and will probably use it again.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

Each year I experience the dread blue screen abend after taking an update. I did not appreciate having to wait until Feb 14 to be able to file due to Vehicle Worksheet update.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been using H&R Block TaxCut for over 15 years and I love this software, The software is very intuitive and very accurate. I have never had any issues with audits, inaccuracy or not getting all my credits or incentives,

I purchase every year. Had an issue with a form this year and twice attempted to get help thru live chat support. The agent clearly did not know the produxt and wated about 30 minutes of my time. Hopefully you can provide additional training to that group
