There was one point in my tax preparation that I wished the software had had a bit more instruction or a follow-up question to help me. However, I did find my way through the software to successfully complete my tax return. I feel confident the software prepared my tax return in a correct manner. Thanks

I have uses hrblock software for many years. I purchased a new computer and the software would not transfer over to the new computer. I had to purchase each software again. That is why I gave it 4 stars.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to import documents
