I have been using H&R Block software to prepare my taxes for many years, have always been satisfied with using it, and have never had a problem, either technically or with the taxing agents. I will continue to use H&R Block tax software for my tax preparation needs.

Easy to use, seems to be accurate. Free federal filing is a given but having to pay for state efiling is a turn-off.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've used this software for many years now (even when it was Tax Cut) and have been pleased. The only negative I have is that when circumstances change from the previous year to the current year, we can NOT uncheck a form that was used the previous year for the current year. This ends up with the Accuracy review posting warnings or issues which results in the forms having to be deleted at that time. This should be looked at and fixed. Thank you.
