second year I buy on line. Good at the end but not very user friendly in the final review as one question of my home address would not check after many tries and several calls for help. They did not know how to solve the software problem
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

The way the questions were presented was clear and made answering them straight forward, which was very helpful. But the software overall was frustrating to use. I was asked for my email address and phone number MANY times. For some strange reason the software text was blurry on my Windows 11 laptop when all other applications have crisp text. And the user interface and ways that software updates were handled very much felt like a product from the 1990s.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!
