Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

I have used turbo tax for years but saw that you product was less expensive so gave it a try. While I was able to complete and submit my taxes it did seem slightly more cumbersome. This may have been because of my familiartly with turbo tax.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare
