I entered the AGI from last year exactly from my äs filed copy" Filing was rejected. Maybe IRS modified my 2022 AGI? Maybe just a glitch in the system? I couldn't use the identifications from 2022 because I had filed late and was not offered the opportunity to enter them. So I will find the same problem when I try 2024 filing unless you can fix it. Fix it, please.
And while we are at it, cutting off the electronic filing on Oct 15 is bad form, which led this problem in the first place. Please fix that.
I could have never have put together my return without the use of your software or your competitors. That's a shame also, but not one that you likely can or would want to fix. So thanks, i guess....

HRB is affordable. I continue to buy Premium because my rental and Schedule C history carries forward. A more detailed menu would be useful so that it’s not necessary to navigate through many screens to find a specific entry for a form. I would appreciate a direct line for support, to avoid a lengthy telephone menu.
