I have used this software for several years and have had very little trouble with the exception of the last few years when I try to physically print and/or try to print the forms as a pdf it cuts of most of the page making it unusable.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

My return has the same forms every year. This year, the federal program deleted one form FIVE times, so I had to keep putting the information in again AND it did not pass the information onto my state return so I had to pay to mail it certified mail.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Although I still owed a fair amount of money, it was easy to use, simple, and asked follow up questions to try to find savings. The document import didn't work for me, but it was easy enough to find the numbers to punch in manually since it's all clearly labeled by line/item.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents
