This will work if you have some prior knowledge about the various schedules for Rental and Self-Employed incomes. It helps you fix things but only if you understand what it is asking for.

I have used the H&R Block Premium software for many, many years. I have been very happy with it and will likely continue to use it in the future. Being self-employed, I use the Premium software. Having to file in multiple states, the H&R Block software contained an error when carrying over my non-resident business income from the federal to the state return. After being alerted of the error by the state that received the return, I had to amend my return to reflect the proper information. This is the first time I have encountered a bug using the software. Needless to say this could have been avoided if the software worked properly.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have used H&R block tax software for more than ten years. If you gather your income tax information throughout the year, filing taxes becomes uncomplicated. Much information carries over year by year and it is automatically inserted in your current tax filing. I trust the automatic review to keep me form making errors.
