Michigan software has had the same bug for the past 3 years: subtracts social security income twice if you are filing a non-resident return. The 2023 Michigan software had additional bugs.
Pros: Maximizes refund

I purchased it and the software never asked me to down load my documents. My refund was delayed due to this error. I had to send them to the IRS myself.

HR Block owns Xero and yet there is no integration between the two apps, which forces you to manually compile business data for use in filing business taxes. Get better, HR Block, integrate your tools! Owning both a user should be able to one click transfer data just as many tools can do with Quickbooks.
