Some difficulty finding retirement distributions form. Aside from that, I prefer using this software over others. This past year I had trouble finding website. I went to a website that was phony and the criminal got my private information. I am now on the dark web. I had to freeze my credit reports.

This software definitely makes doing my taxes so much easier. Occasionally I have some difficulty navigating when I need to jump back or forward a few steps, but nothing I cannot overcome. My pension is exempt from state taxes in my state, so I have to do my state first, print it out, and then do the federal. Otherwise the software would charge state tax. Once I hit a certain age, then there would be a check block I can use to bypass it thru the software.

I worked for an HR Block franchise in Delaware for 11 years so I am very familiar with the program. It is pretty simple to use as long as the financial stuff gets entered correctly. I have never had a problem with the IRS.
