I owed a amount in state tax return. I followed to fill the bank information for withdrawing this amount from my bank account. However state only use the bank information for deposit and do not do withdraw. Thus state gave a unpaied penalty.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

I used TurboTax previously and also liked. I used Tavslayer as a volunteer to prepare VITA taxes for a nonprofit over a three years.
I prefer HR Block overall.
