Good to work with but delays are bad

The features are good but if you’re not able to submit your your taxes when you’ve entered everything it makes the difficult to to keep using.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I use this because I have some oil royalties that I don't quite know how to classify. The software explanations are helpful for the most part. Sometimes I'm not totally sure I am treating the income correctly. But I'm being consistent from year to year so hopefully that keeps me out of trouble.

I have been using this software for years to prepate my complicated tax returns. One of my only criticisms is that the program will not allow you to have more than one active window open at a time. It would be helpful if a help window can remain open while you are working on the return, or allowing the interview window and the return open simultaneously.
