I had issues trying to get last years information into program even though I have used HR Block for 10 years. Also couldn't import w-2 like I had previously.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

I have used this software for many years now and really value it when doing out taxes. Only frustration is when we are filing and have paid for state filing also then have to make changes due to updates or missed information we have to pay again and there is no way to show it was already paid for and use that, so we now won't efile through the program but only print out and mail in.
