I have been using this for years. It is fine for taxes, but I wish it could do more for tax planning and estimated taxes for the next year. All it does is give you a new W4 for working people, but that does not help retired folks and others who need to pay quarterly estimated taxes.

Easy to use if you have an easy return, but if you have a question, good luck trying to find an answer. Nearly impossible to do a complicated return with this software.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
