Have used software for a number of years have typically been satisfied with the ease of use- totally upset and frustrated when attempting to upload return to IRS. The failure to do so and the lack of explanation was frustrating to say the least.

Easy to use. Personally I have always liked this software far better than TurbTax. Something about the easy intuitive questions and the transitions from screen- to- screen or worksheet-to-worksheet are far better to understand in TaxCut.

I had a number of issues with the tax program over the years. There were times the phone support was even arguing with me yet they were not tax specialists. They would explain to me that the tax program was doing what was programmed. I said fine but it was wrong. They had a hard time believing me instead of noting the problem for further research and investigation. Judy Berry has done an outstanding job in handling my complaints and resolving them.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming
