This tax software package is very user friendly and works well for someone with a rental property. I have used this for many years. It also works well for automatically figuring my tax liabilities on my investment accounts using the package and ID numbers provided by the investment company.

I have a single rental home so tracking expenses is critical to tracking every expense and deduction. I use Premium software to double check MY math on expense-tracking spreadsheets. And its been right every time. I find I have an incorrect formula or missing link. Makes me go back and 'perfect' my spreadsheet entries.

Would not work on windows. Had to get a cheap macbook to use.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
