The software has more issues and requires me to go back and review several issues that were not problems previous years. The chat wasn't helpful in getting answers to specific questions. Ended up requiring more searching online and actually used some competitor websites for better explanations
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
