I originally bought the business version of H&R Block and then later found out it was only for windows so I had to settle for this version. It’s still worked well and it is a good version. However, H&R Block, please make a version of your business tax software for 2024.

I buy the software every year hoping for improvements. They seem few and far between. The inability to easily step back a page in some parts of the interview is frustrating. It's particularly annoying when using a pre-final version and the interview says it cannot be submitted until there's an update. Getting back to those interviews is impossible... There seems to be no flag so the user knows which ones need to be repeated. The state (in my case California) leaves us with little guidance. It's really annoying that the user has 5 federal e-files included but filing the state (when one uses a single e-file) has to be paid for. Feels like a rip-off - a calculated "benefit" that has NO benefit for the average user.
The help files are not very. The text sizes are tiny and can only be increased in some circumstances and then only while that help window remains open. There are numerous other annoyances that I don't wish to spend the time listing.

The H&R Block Premium 2023 tax software was easy to download, install use. I like the step by step guidance and the avaliable forms for use. I really like the import feature for investments which make tax filing so much easier. It was purchased at a great price and my taxes were complete in less than 30 minutes.
