I’m glad I bought this software but I do think it’s very cumbersome. It takes hours of time and forward and backward and sideways to get to the proper screen. Send them I need to remember to Save. I needed lots of advice to maneuver this program. BTW I’m a techie.

Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

I have been using H&R desktop software for years and the ease of use is the best "feature" of this program. The step by step interviews and instructions are clear. You can use help to learn more about your tax return and specific provisions, as needed. You can review various forms as you input the data, if you'd like. I wish that the web version allowed the same amount of returns and efiles as the desktop version as I help my kids prep their returns...
