I have been using H&R block tax software and it has a great job of importing needed history and other data. It does a good jobof then testing to be sure the relavent data was used. Real help not just surface help.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

I have used H&R Block Premium tax software for several years. Even though I'm not a numbers person, it has guided me through doing the tax return for our small art business. I also appreciate that audit defense is included in the product.
My only complaint it that when I'm finished with my return the program always finds something that I need to review and I'm unable to proceed until I do. For example, it tells me that I didn't enter some figure(s) in a given spot. I go to that spot and I HAVE entered the figure(s) . I have to delete them and add them back several times before the program allows me to proceed to completion. It's frustrating.
I have been using H&R Block tax software for years. I completely trust it. It picks up information from previous years, saving time each tax season. The only concern I have is, as computers, age out, I’m hoping I can save files to ‘the cloud’ to use on another drive the next year.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

I got a late start this year and anticipated requesting an extension. I was surprised at how smoothly things went and stunned to be able to submit even earlier than I thought possible under the best circumstances. So my refund also included and extra weekend! My only complaint was it seemed a bit more expensive than I expected, at least the price difference from TurboTax seemed somewhat less than usual.
