Sold me a premium program making me think I would get a free state file. Wrong! When I filed state on the states website, I got a refund of $30. Block's had me at $0. The refund I got from the state paid for the additional money I paid Block. Next year I will use another product. Block will probably remove my post. I don't care.

I believe the calculated taxes are accurate (this year i verifired with an independent tax professional).
However, the software features clearly have not been updated in many years but needs an update. There is still the bug on the main page explaning the amount owed.
Each change to the refund comes with a completely useless explanation.
Document import is hard. Importing stock information is flat out wrong.
