I know there's a guarantee, but the way the program works left me feeling uncertain about deductions and credits. It was hard to verify and correct numbers or even ensure that it was calculating properly. Didn't feel comfortable that I was getting my best refund. But, I was committed.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used this software for years, and have always found it to be very user friendly. The one thing I wish it included is a way to connect with a tax expert for a tax-related question. They provide access for software help, but I wasn’t able to get actual tax questions answered.

Whenever the popup says you have an update, it fails to load it. I have to close the program, go to your website, download the update and install it from the downloaded file.
It would be nice if it worked like it does on Windows.
