kinda weird....started using H&R about five years ago. have been rejected twice since when filing via email. was never rejected before. will never use your software again.

State filing failure cost a second filing fee. Same submittal and it worked the second time. Happened on both people I filed state taxes for. Looks Like a way to double your profit.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

I have used H&R Block for years for regular income and property rental income. My only complaint is that for property that is depreciated over years, the program does not carry forward the type of depreciation and it must be re-entered each year. This makes no sense. I don't know if competitors are better.

This year the process was so easy and I completed them so fast that I thought I had missed something. So I reviewed the entries that I had made, which took much less time than the original input. H&R Block tax software is an excellent tax preparation and filing solution that I recommend to anyone looking to self-file their taxes.

There are Several Issues with you software-
Cannot screen shoot or copy so I can paste it in word doc to enlarge it to the font size I need to READ and See it.
Your resolution size is too SMALL for me to use
I kept having to log into the IRS Offical Forms Page to view the form in the Size I need to read it. **** I have been using your software since it was a 3.5 Floppy sick.
