I've found over the years that the software is pretty easy to use. I would like to see a dummy version of help to get the use through some of the questionable areas of the program.
I'll still use the software, even though this year I had a problem submitting the completed tax filing.

When I went to file on April 14, there was some kind of issue with your server and I was not able to eFile. The suggestion that I print out and mail the return was not acceptable. If I wanted to mail a paper return I wouldn’t have bought the software. The return eFiled around 4pm on the 15th, which added another layer of stress because I wasn’t home at 4pm on the 15th. So I had to research if it was in fact my return that filed. I will check out different software for next year

Cons: Time consuming

I've been using H&R Block software for years and am generally satisfied, but I do wish it was easier to navigate into interview mode and forms and back and forth so that you don't have to review an entire section of interview just to edit one item. Also would appreciate more info on paying for health insurance out of self employment or small business income. Thank you.

Problems rise every single year with your program that are hard to work around. I have to revise last year’s because there was no simple drop-down for depreciation time that I sought and I winged it. Too hard to locate other options for depreciation methods that needs to be fixed. LAST DAY OUTAGE forced a mail-in marathon and is inexcusable. I’d frankly like a refund!!
