I've been using premium for years to do taxes on my rental. Federal taxes are usually pretty straight forward and the rental portion works well. Could be more helpful with capital gains, a drip calculation worksheet would be nice.
Some issues I have had with the state is that it's good for filling in the blanks for basic things. Some credits and deductions, I've had to figure out for myself. Being asked for "household" income" isn't very helpful. AGI? Everyone residing at the house? Over 66 deduction don't specifically mention part b which almost everyone over 66 pays. Oregon kicker "tax liability" is apparently before exemptions. Pop-up explanations aren't always very helpful on the state portion, and numbers from federal or last years state should be imported.

After I hit the button (on 4/14) to file taxes, it didn't work! I had to print out everything! It would have been better for me to do it all by hand! Guess I'll need to switch back to Turbo Tax next time!
