I had been happy with this program and a long time user for over 10 years. This year I tried to submit my daughter’s return on 4/14 and got repeated error messages. I had to print the returns instead and mail them.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

Fed efiles fine, Wi stat fails while trying to confirm payment method. Tried many Credit and debit cards. My guess is they never ask for the CID of the card. This has failed for several years now. not sure why I am paying for a product that does not work and now I have to use a different companys product to complete my taxes. Done with H&R Block.
Cons: Time consuming
