I spent hours on the phone with your "help" team trying to import my file of last year's data and they finally gave up and told me I'd have to make the entries by hand. My .t33 file intact. The fault was yours.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

I am a long-time user of the software and I have used other tax software in the past. I find that HRB has done a great job of making it wasy to obtain outside data and trasfer data from prior returns making the software easier and less time consuming to use. They also update the software frequently so I feel sure that it is compliant with the latest tax rules.

Overall, the product H&R Block is good to use. However, when I had to go back and look for detailed information either via the questions or the Forms, a search engine or better one to find the topic for which I'm looking would be very helpful. I was very frustrated. Not to issue any threat or anything, but I'm seriously thinking about going back to the other product, which I was using before Block's product. I'm hoping it won't be so trying. We'll see.
