I've used this software for several years now. It seems to work well enough and keeps up with tax updates. Taxes are complicated so it needs to be numerous screens with lots of questions. My #1 thing is just having functionality and accuracy. Luckily for me, I filed a few days before the outage that occurred on April 15th. It was resolved after several hours that day but I had a friend who was impacted by it. That is a huge concern and cannot happen again. I would like to see an email go out to customers that explains how that happened and what steps are being taken to make sure it never happens again.

This is the second year I use H&R Block software and everything went smoothly. I am happy with the ease of use and support. In prior years I was using a different software that resulted in errors being made because the question and instructions were not as clear.

Minor letdown this year with the software. I’ve used their product every year for the last several years.
The issue this year surrounds the Colorado Form It didn’t seem to flow the way it has in past years. Otherwise it was fine and easy, except for the previously mentioned state form
