I have been using this program for many years, and really like how easy it is to use. This year the server went down the day before taxes were due which was really stressful since it wasn't letting me file my return. They did fix it and I was able to file on time.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Overall good tax preparation software with some notable issues. There is often not enough on-screen text to explain the ‘why’ behind entries the preparer is taking. The UI text is extremely small and cannot be enlarged, which adversely affects readability/usability.
Pros: Easy to prepare
