Verified Purchase:Yes
Used HRB again as I trust the import to it from last year - but I would prefer to have changed. The software miscalculated in 2017, Colorado discovered it in 2021, and HRB didn't answer my first question of whether it was a correct interpretation. When I accepted and paid the fine HRB did not reimburse.

Have been using this tax software for years. It is an overall good package with some quirks such as limited support for new filing rules the year they come out and odd way of supporting the trad IRA to Roth IRA recharacterations.

I purchased the software, it showed error in robinhood share section and asked me to check manually. I stopped there and used different company to filling. Even the customer care did not know to help.

There were multiple delays due to forms that needed to be finalized. After they were they had errors resulting in the IRS rejecting my submission. Then several more weeks of updates and delays to get those H&R Block errors corrected. Had I known this from the start I would have used another program that would have let me file my return several weeks earlier.

Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
