I used this software last year and all of my submissions were rejected. I decided to give HRBLOCK a 2nd chance and again all of my submissions were rejected. Good news is I could print all the forms and submit by mail. No contact information 4 help
Cons: Time consuming

I really like the ease of using this software, including importing last years data, managing my small business information, and the software check for unusual or inconsistent data entries. I also do other family members tax returns so the 5 free e-files make the purchase even more of a value.

I have used this software for a few years. I have been generally satisfied. This year filing electronically was a cluster. Last day to file is not a good time for your systems to go down. Eventually I was able to file.
