In general this is a good product and I've used it for years. However was disappointed this year in the fact that they did not offer full schedule k support.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star is because of the problem at the very end trying to submit the taxes. I had to call a few times to get help. Other than that its a great software.

I am not confident that my taxes were correct. The software failed to import any of my documents correctly, it took me over 4 hours to get my relatively simple taxes done.

After another frustrating experience with the user UNfriendly software, I wasted hours trying to efile my return, including trying to troubleshoot the issue. After giving up and going to a post office to mail the return, I learned the the H&R block server had failed.
Pros: Fast

I'm sick of the interface. Was difficult to figure out how to file for an extension. Could not figure out how to pay by bank draft on mail in return. On year it did not calculate my dependent, despite everting entered correctly, had to amend. The Economic Relief Credit screwed up several returns I did. That caused AGI's to change and the software won't know and e-files are rejected. In reviews I fix check boxes, and they keep coming back in the review. I've had enough.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used H&R Block for several years and it has gone smoothly with no issues. However, this year got a little too "interesting." I had no problems filling out my taxes. Your program does a good job in bringing in last year's information and guiding me through the process. However, when I went to e file the day before the deadline, I kept getting an error message. Then several hours I received an email saying my return had been sent. When I tried checking the status, it said pending. It was this way all throughout the 15th. I didn't know if I should trust that it was sent or if I should print and mail a hard copy with a check. I didn't want to accidentally pay twice. The deadline for mailing a copy passed and finally 80 minutes before the deadline, I received an email that it had been accepted. In the end, everything turned out okay but it was a little too close for comfor.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Straight forward easy to use software. Took 1 star off because I got caught in the problem with submitting my tax return on the last day it was due. After a brief panic thinking I was going to have to mail it it, it did finally got through a few hours later. Not sure if the system was over loaded being the last day but hopefully I won’t do that again.
