Everything was going well until the servers went down on the 14th and didn't come back up until the afternoon of the 15th. Too much stress trying to get the grandkids' returns filed by the deadline.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

Need to fix the saving feature to pdf (printing to pdf).
Need to fix reading the 1099INT & DIV. Entered in wrong box.
Glad the software caught the errors of it's import problems.

The review notes at the end do not clearly indicate how to do what it says needs to be done. I ended up spending a couple hours trying to figure it out and that changed the results. This is not new; I have had this happen prior years also.

Download was fast and easy to use and the software worked well until… I attempted to submit. I couldn’t believe that you were not better prepared to handle your site issues during the busiest tax days of the year. The problem with federal was finally resolved on the 15th but not for state. We ended up having to print the state and use snail mail anyway.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've used H&R Block premium Tax Software for about 6 years....this was this toughest version to work with...very cumbersome at times....and the the issues trying to finalize my e-file. It took 2 days. Sorry, but I will think about another brand next year
