On Monday morning I tried to send in my extension twice. Both times I received an error that your server could not connect. Not my fault, you were having issues. But you charged me for both tries.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had been confident I would t have issue with HR block desktop downloaded software. But a day before from the deadline, I started to see the server outage errors with efile and continued till next day, Apr15th. It isn’t expected from the software which knows the importance of Apr15th for tax filers
