We filed both our and our son's taxes April 15th prior to the deadline, never got to the IRS. I had thought my wife put her email in for notice but she had put in mine and we got no confirmation. Only way we found out was 5 weeks later no refund. She pulled our taxes up and it only showed my sons not ours, she was able to find them by looking into our computer and they were completely filled out. She went through the last 4-6 steps which she had done before and they went through. I then got three notices back stating they had gone through and were accepted. We've been using this software for several year, not new to your system. I believe there is some type of flaw in the software.

Cons: Hard to fix issues
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
