I bought this hoping it would help me quickly do my taxes. I spent hours trying to either troubleshoot software errors, or find answers to questions the software's help feature didn't have answers to.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Features & Easy to Use

This is our 4th year to buy and use this software to file our income taxes. I like the H&R Block software to use better than the other brand that is for sale in the retail stores. I highly recommend it as they will help represent us if an audit is done.

I am a previous 15 year H&R Block employee. As life changed I was unable to work for them, But I stand behind Block all the way. There home programs as just as good as the software I was using at work.
