It was fine until the sending gave "bad gateway"

It was fine until the sending gave "bad gateway" which took all day on the 15th of April! It was saying that I would have to file manually. The 3 hours later I noticed an email saying I had filed. So I'm in limbo with a email saying I filed and a program saying I haven't. Worst tax day ever!

I was among the many customers who received an error and was unable to e-file on when I first tried on April 14 and the error continued into April 15. Extremely dissatisfied. HR provided poor communication on the timeline to resolve the error. It was ultimately resolved but this incident created extreme stress.

Poor experience. Had issues efiling federal taxes. H&R software Calculated state tax was higher than the taxes calculated by Maryland online ifile tax return using same information.
This was easy up until trying to efile. The efile wasn’t working due to issues with H&R software or servers.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
