Great Tax Filing Software

The questions really help me to decide which forms and schedules to file. There were challenges when it came time to upload the return to the IRS. It was fixed in time, but there were some scarry hours until I was able to get the software sent.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've used this product for years, and it's typically been a great experience. This past year, I purchased an EV, so there where a couple of forms I was counting on. One of those forms (Form 8936, EV Tax Credit) wasn't available until March, which had me waiting and uncertain for a while. I still had to wait for the other form to show up (Form 8911, EVSE Tax Credit), but that form never became available. Now I'm going to have to manually file a tax amendment for just that form.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
