State filing problems

The last two years the program wouldn’t let me past the pdf program download, and your tech people couldn’t fix it. i had to mail in my state return. Not impressed with support.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

OK to use

Disappointed that it did not have MO form MO-TC so I have to print return and mail. I probably goofed and will get it back but i think I got through the state ok. For the past two years i receive a mistake for West Des Moines on a 1099-R and can't figure out why so i just skip that error.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

Used TurboTax for years - this is the same but cheaper

I bought this version last and found it easy to install and use. The one negative problem I had was that this software did not locate the 202 H7R tax return therefor I had to fill in general information. Since the 2023 version did locate and fill the information it did picup the 2022 AGI.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

I used the H&R Block Software for my 2022 return and again this year for the 2023 return. Easy, straight forward and it appears to be complete. This is after using Turbo Tax for over 20 years.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
I would recommend this to a friend!

Another tax return in the books

I have a small business so a return requires a few hours of advance work but once that is done this software makes the job easy. The only puzzler I got was a notice that a tax return was sent to my school district. The only problem with that is my school district does not have an income tax.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
