Confused. Software version kinda sucks apparently

I have used H&R before, but ONLINE. Used software version of it this year. Wanted to verify items so went to website and logged into account. Apparently I have to use the computer I installed the program on and did my taxes on to review my returns. It appears not to mesh with logging in online. To me that is Terrible.
I also had an issue with a stock purchase I made that was in a company out of the US while doing my actual returns. Not super happy before and this complication/inconvenience makes the experience worse.

Needs work in State returns

Transfer of depreciable assets is very confusing. You need to print Fed forms and align them with State forms. With so many forms and copies, entering California depreciation of assets is very difficult. Why can’t HRBlock just “copy” that over from Fed to State automatically?
Cons: Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've been using this for the last 4 years and find it easy to use and complete.
However, i have been asking for cover sheets for the returns for the past few years but to no avail.
Please include cover sheets (summarized results) as every otherb software program uses.

Item H&R Block needs to update

For e-filing H&R Block Pin number has space for five digits, IRS in some cases require six digits. This need to be changed in your software.

I use this program every year. It downloads necessary date from my previous year's return and guides you through the filing step by step.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Really Great Tax Software

I have used H&R Block software for my taxes for a number of years, and it is of the highest quality. It is straightforward and easy to use, remembers all my previous year's information, and is very thorough. I have high confidence it it, and the results have always been right on.
