Program is not user friendly. They make it so difficult to review the tax return from the forms. Very few fields on the form allow you to click on the field and have it bring you to the input field. This forces the user to flip through input screens to try to figure out where the number is coming from.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

I’ve used HR for many years now and generally have really good experiences. However I am disappointed with 2022 version. Crashes multiple times in addition to several general software/accounting bugs I noticed when going through the federal program.
Pros: Fast
