I bought a new computer. I cannot do my taxes on it because I'm unable to down load my software which i previously down loaded to the old computer.

I purchase this every year for my business. I get 5 users which let 4 of my adult kids use it for free.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Overall a good product but last year (2021), the IRS said it incorrectly applied about a $3K tax break which they billed me for. Both for 2021 and 2022, there was something wrong with the way the Wisconsin form for nonresidents (form 1NPR) calculated retired military income which caused me to have to manually override taxcut's entry or it would severely underestimate tax due. Military retirement is non-taxable in WI. So it is required to report it...but the software subtracts it TWICE instead on ONCE. Took me many hours to figure out what was happening in 2021...less time in 2022 but was hoping it was fixed so I didn't have to work around the product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It didn’t import last years data resulting in a rejection from federal and state. That should have been a very easy procedure.
