I am not sure if the software gets me the highest possible refund as I don't have any comparison for it. But its ease of use and overall UI makes it a breeze to file taxes year over year.

Software is comparable to TurboTax, which I have also used. The reason I have used it recently is because of the offer of free HRBlock assistance if I am audited by the IRS

My federal return for 2022 has been rejected twice

Hello--I am a long-time user of HRB tax software. I am very disappointed with this year's software - which has caused my federal return to be rejected twice. I was given two possible reasons - both of which are not correct. And your software could have been more informative as to what the IRS wanted.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
