Does not allow attaching documents required by the IRS for e-file - mailing after is not accepted in this case - federal rejected. Software will only allow this option if its algorithms determine it is needed - which are inaccurate this year - no option to choose. Software support does not understand how their software works. Forfeited state efile charges because of the federal rejection with no cure available. Long time Block user, very disappointed on its current state and will be moving to a more capable software next year.

I am a former H&R Block preparer. The software is very user friendly. All you have to do is answer the questions. If you have a problem you are able to contact a local office get answers to your questions!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

The company says it's Mac/PC capable but nope. in past years i installedf it on 2 computers, a PC and a Mac. Couldn't do that this year. once it was installed on Mac, it could not be put on PC we were told. That's a bad change and one that is not made clear in the description that says it's both PC and mac.

Lots of glitches; program does things (sometimes incorrectly), and you cannot override them. In my case, one of these things I could override forced me to paper file a state return, which totally defeats the purpose of using the tax program (and paying extra for e-filing a state)
