Good Product as Fair Price but could be Improved

I have used the online product for five years. I am happy with the quality of the tax return and the price is reasonable. I will continue using next year.
My two areas of disappointment were the difficulty in resolving the alerts and data verifications flags when the accuracy review was dne (a couple were software issues which customer service quickly identified and fixed) and the Arizona state return product did not include all the Arizona specific tax credit worksheets which resulted in having to file the return via mail rather than efile. Not a big issue but an issue of inconvenience.

Software error and very difficult to get it corrected. No one seemed to know that you don't subtract capital losses from withholding amounts on line 25b 1040 SR. Even after it was rejected by the IRS
