Easy to use

I bought this in December 2022 to estimate my taxes. When all of the forms came in, I input the information. After all of the software updates, I submitted my taxes and was accepted.
Pros: Easy to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like the software but I am very concerned when my tax return was rejected by IRS due to a defect in the electronic filing. It begs the question "What else is wrong?".
Pros: Easy to prepare

here are the problems.
import of 1099 from institutions has errors. Parsing data problems, requiring manual touch up and reentering of data.
The gui seems designed more for touch screen, the keyboard bindings are not consistent with other apps. ie the cursor up down keys don't work, pg up pgdown doesn't work
The loading of form images is problematic, many times you want to have a form open and modify a related form and that cannot be done.
The foreign tax credit doesn't seem to work, I'll probably file an amendment later.
The right click "jump to related" doesn't consistently work if at all.
I would not be willing to dial for help as the wait would be very long from what I have read.
when I thought I was done I launched the tools> check, completed it all ok. However, later when I tried to E submit I had to go thru another check sequence and there were still things that needed to updated.
On a + side the overall speed of the app is good as compared to turbotax.
So far I am reluctant to use the online version, this one may make me change my mind.
